We are excited to be a part of the movement! Forest Therapy walks are now starting up at the Royal Botanic Gardens Blue Mountains in the beautiful Mt Tomah.

Make wellbeing in a World Heritage landscape your weekend ritual on the Nature Therapy Walks. From 28 November, the 2-hour guided shinrin-yoku experiences depart every Saturday through a rainforest setting, concluding with a Japanese-inspired tea ceremony. Originating from Japan, Shinrin-yoku (or forest therapy) is a preventative health practice that improves wellbeing by immersing your senses in nature.

In the spirit of reconciliation, shinrin-yoku australia acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. We celebrate their stories, culture and traditions and pay our respect to their Elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
